For this year highlights, try the new Pink Guava and Strawberry Log Cake dressed in an alluring red hue, featuring the combination of light pink guava mousse, strawberry confit and red velvet cake. Or go for Coconut Mango Log Cake leans towards a more tropical note, with mango passionfruit confit sandwiched between two layers of coconut dacquoise and enveloped by fluffy coconut mousse. Chocolate lovers can indulge in Hazelnut Praline and Yuzu Gateaux that adopts a new look with fluffy 55% dark chocolate mousse while retaining crunchy chocolate praline feuilletine based and yuzu cremeux.
For roast delights, try their Christmas Turkey with Foie Gras Pâté Stuffing, Salmon En Croute, Smoked Barbeque Pork Rib Slab, Glazed Boneless Ham with Gingerbread Spices and many more. From 14 November 2022, Edge spreads festive cheer with a plethora of season’s favourites and international delights such as Slow Roast O’Connor Beef Ribeye and Smoked BBQ Pork Ribs. Not forgetting the Seafood Island station consists of freshly shucked oyster, lobster, snow crab, tiger prawn, Pacific Flower clam, black mussel, and half shell scallop on top of the usual spread. Sweet endings include Christmas Stollen, Panettone, Christmas Yule Log, Assorted Éclair, Homemade Assorted Christmas Cookies, Assorted Christmas Praline and more.





Indulge in lavish buffet experience over the Christmas Weekend, featuring classic favourites such as the traditional Slow Roast Whole Turkey and Honey-baked Ham.
