Here are what to expect in their Sunday Brunch Menu:
Antipasti
Antipasti is an Italian word meaning literally “before the meal,” and is the appetizer or hors d’oeuvre course. There are quite a selection here including Burrata, Root Vegetables with garden salad and white balsamic vinegar, fresh half-dozen oysters, Hokkaido Sea scallops with pink grapefruit and crispy quinoa, Octopus, and Italian cold cuts, parma ham, salami, coppa, mortadella and foie gras terrine.
Pasta, Risotto, Eggs (Uova)
In love with the Scrambled egg with sea urchin and caviar. It was so tasty that most of us requested for second servings. For pasta, we tried Pappardelle pasta with beef cheek ragout and onion confit. Freshly made pasta with rich, hearty savoury beef flavour notes. The Acquerello risotto with mushrooms and celeriac. Creamy Italian dish with the earthy flavour notes from the mushrooms.
Pizza
There are two pizzas selection in the menu- Organic San Marzano tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, 36-month aged Parmesan cheese topped with fresh basil and Organic San Marzano tomato sauce, spicy ‘Nduja, Tropea red onions, arugula salad, buffalo mozzarella topped with fresh basil. We tried the tomato sauce base with the hints of spicy ‘Nduja. It was so good! Love the fresh toppings and the San Marzano tomato sauce taste sweeter and less acidity.
Second Mains
Not a fan of pastas or pizzas, you can try their mains such as Atlantic Cod Fish, Maine Lobster served with crispy vegetables and bisque sauce, Lamb Chops and Black Angus Beef Tenderloin. I would suggest ordering their Lamp Chops, which I personally enjoyed it. Scrumptious robust flavour with firm and tender texture. Every dish is well-executed from taste, texture, to visual presentation.
Side Dishes
Cortini also known as side dishes selections include Arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar as dressing, grilled asparagus, mixed seasonal vegetables, and mashed potatoes.
Desserts
For desserts, we tried a bit of everything since we are sharing. Sweet treats include much-loved Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse with homemade buckwheat ice-cream, Ice-creams including Strawberry, Homemade Ice-creams and sorbets, and Italian artisanal cheeses and condiment.
The brunch selections are amazingly good. My favourites include the Scrambled egg with sea urchin and caviar, freshly made pasta and pizza. The antipasti selections were awesome too. Service is fantastic and the service crews including the Sommelier are attentive to serve the diners. Remember to take your time and enjoy the food, great atmosphere, and service here.
