As the festive season of Diwali approaches, I am back to Tiffin Room at Raffles Hotel Singapore to embark on a culinary journey that delight my taste buds and transport me to the heart of India. Tiffin Room has curated a special Diwali Experience menu that brings together the rich and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine, reimagined in an iconic tiffin box alongside delectable sweet. This celebratory feast is an ode to the cultural tapestry of India and is available for both lunch and dinner from October 30th to November 12th, 2023.

Ghugni Chaat
An iconic snack found on the bustling streets of Kolkata, our Ghugni Chaat features white peas mingled with onions, tomatoes, tamarind, and mint chutney. It’s a low-carb, protein-rich snack that kickstarts your dining experience.
Lagan Ki Chop
For the meat lovers, try the Tandoori lamb chops that are marinated with a special blend of spices, served with sesame seeds and curry leaf chutney, along with Malabar paratha. The succulent lamb is infused with an array of aromatic spices and herbs.
Main Course
Tiffin Room elevated North Indian meal experience presented in exquisite, custom-made copper Tiffin Boxes arranged in four tiers. It is customized with a selection of comforting curries complemented with delicately flavoured rice, tandoori breads, chutneys and pickles.
We are served along with garlic naan, butter naan and laccha parantha served together.
Machli Jaisamandi
A traditional Udaipur fish recipe, this dish features snapper fish marinated in a green paste, fried, and further cooked in a mouthwatering gravy enriched with spices and a silky cream texture.
Achari Gosht Masala
This gravy dish boasts the perfect blend of spiciness and the robust flavors of Achari Masala. Saddle of lamb is marinated with pickled spices, served with onions and tomatoes. The addition of these unique spices gives the curry an earthy flavor and a wonderfully aromatic quality.
Chungdi Malai
Reflecting the elegant flavors of regional Oriya cuisine, this dish pairs coconut milk with lobster, offering a delightful twist on the classic combination of coconut milk and spices.
Malai Tikka Pulao
Basmati rice is paired with boneless tandoori chicken leg, saffron, fresh mint, and coriander leaves, creating a fragrant and delectable pulao.
Orange Halwa
Ending with a sweet tooth with this delightful orange halwa. It balances tanginess and sweetness perfectly, making it a pleasant conclusion to your meal. The orange pudding is adorned with mixed nuts for that extra touch of indulgence.

Don’t miss the opportunity to savor handcrafted Mithai by Chef Kuldeep Negi, featuring Kaju Aam Katli and Besan Nariyal Burfi. These delectable, sweet treats come in a luxurious gift box and are available for collection and delivery from November 1st to November 14th, 2023. Each Mithai box is priced at S$72.00+, and special rates for larger orders are available.
