This is my second visit to Porta Fine Food & Import Company,Park Hotel Clark Quay.So, this time round, Porta Fine Food & Import Company serves up the brunch from Mondays to Sundays from 8:00AM – 4:00PM. You can now enjoy brunch anytime anyday and no need to hold out til the weekend for brunch fix.
I was here for the media tasting and managed to try two brunch dishes.
Croque-Madame S$14.00++
Brioche sandwich stuffed with Mangalica ham, oozing with Emmental and béchamel, and topped with a sunny-side up egg. The green at the side adds a nice touch to the dish.

Spanish Breakfast S$14.00++
The dish comprises the cannellini beans, spicy pork chorizo, tomato coulis and baked eggs. The sweet tomatoes tasted perfectly with the intense chorizo flavour.

Apart from their anytime brunch, Porta’s alfresco deck allows diners to mingle with fellow four-legged friends, or simply spend quality paw-rent and fur-kid bonding time.So good news for those pet owners, you can add this place into your brunch list now.
