Triple Tree at Mandarin Orchard is bringing us the popular Hokkado Harvests food promotion from 11 to 21 October 2018. I enjoyed myself during the last year spread and can’t wait to share the highlights for this TEN days only promotion. Expect to indulge in fresh sashimi and seafood cravings, cooked food and dessert choices throughout the dinner buffet.



What are the highlights for the dinner buffet for this year?
Fresh Seafood Station



Dive into the spread of seafood-on-ice that includes Tarabagini (king crab), Zuwaigani (snow crab) and Shirotsubi Sakamushi (white top shell). Eat all you throughout the night!

Sashimi Station


And of course drop by to the sashimi counter to request for freshly sliced sashimi to enjoy.

Special Creation


Be sure to try Executive Sous Chef Sam Chin’s Lobster Uniyaki- a delicious twist on Triple Three’s signature Lobster Mentaiyaki. The oven-baked lobster topped with creamy sauce, made from the silky smooth uni paste, shio and mayonnaise. I bet u will be craving for more!

Robatayaki Station



Hop over to the robatayaki station to catch chefs in action. The chefs will be grilling fresh meat, seafood and vegetables over aromatic charcoal.




Carving Section


Enjoy the oven-roasted Hokkaido wagyu, grilled items include the Maguro Kama Yaki (grilled bluefin tuna) and Ikameishi (simmered squid stuff with sweet rice).

Hokkaido Chirashi

Mini-version of Hokkaido Chirashi for chirashi don lovers.

Uni Pasta

Lovely uni pasta with bite-size served with fresh amaebi on sea urchin shell.

Dessert Station




Complete the buffet experience with extensive variety of Hokkaido desserts such as Hokkaido Baked Cheesecake, Dorayaki (honey pancake with Hokkaido red bean filling), Oshiruko (Hokkaido red bean soup with mochi) and Hokkaido Sea Salt ice-cream. I am literally drooling while typing the dessert names out. A must-have Hokkaido melon softserve before you end your night here.

Hokkaido Harvests dinner buffet at Triple Three is priced at S$138.00++ for adults and S$48.00++ for children (ages 6 to 12 years old). Diners can also opt for the S$158.00++ package that includes one bottle of Sake Kunimare Hokkaido.
