Klang-style Bak Kut Teh

Dark herbal broth using variety of Chinese herbs, spices and pork bones for the rich and intense flavour. It is comforting and “shiok” to have it anytime of the day.

KL Hokkien Mee ( Dai Lok Mee)

KL refers to Kuala Lumpur and this is one of the must-try dish when you are in KL. Thick yellow noodles cooked in dark soy sauce with smoky flavour. Sweet and savoury dish with strong seafood flavour.

The highlight of this dish is that it is served with a variety of curries and side dishes. I went to one of the popular Nasi Kandar restaurant during my trip to Penang and it was good.
