COCA Restaurant has recently launched the Lobster Mala Xiang Guo and Mala Fish Skin as part of their Premium Dinner Buffet selection. I still remember my first visit to COCA Restaurant was in year 2011 with my cousins.Time flies! COCA Restaurant first opened its doors in Singapore in 1987 and is an established Thai-Chinese hotpot restaurant.The restaurant has since expanded and I visited their outlet at Suntec City Mall few days ago to check out this new promotion in town. We were seated at their only one private room, which is good for 10-12 persons.

Similar to other hotpot restaurants like Beauty in the Pot, Hai Di Lao and many more, they offer Quadruple Pot which allows you to choose 4 soup bases. Here in COCA, diners have 7 COCA broths to choose from. The broths including Double Boiled Treasure, Tom Yum Soup, Healthy Chicken Collagen Broth, Merciless Mala, Healthy Fresh Tomato, Coriander Pot and Hua Diao Phoenix Pot. We chose Hua Diao Phoenix Pot, Healthy Fresh Tomato and Merciless Mala broth that day.

As usual, here are some of the ingredients we ordered for our hotpot. Ingredients like Shrimp Wantons, fresh prawns, luncheon meats, fish paste and many more.


And of course the highlight is this Lobster Mala Xiang Guo and Mala Fish Skin. Check out the scrumptious ingredients in this Lobster Mala Xiang Guo like fried luncheon meat, noodles, corns, vegetables and many more. Mala lovers will definitely enjoy this!





Mala Fish Skin is quite addictive and surprisingly the spiciness and numbness is still within my limits.
