Sembawang White Bee Hoon ( 白米粉 ) is one of the famous local dish in Singapore has expanded their outlets to Jewel Changi Airport and the latest here at Suntec City. The outlet is located right opposite Dosirak in Suntec City. The Original Sembawang White Bee Hoon has rebranded to White Restaurant and they have central kitchen to ensure the consistency of their dishes.I used to travel to Sembawang with my friends for their famous plate of white rice vermicelli fried with seafood. But I can easily accessible now as the outlet is at Suntec City and it is near to my workplace.
Diners will be given the order chit and the menu to place their order accordingly.
We had the signature- The Original White Bee Hoon S$7.00 (S). It is available in S & M sizes.
Next is the outlet exclusive dish- Mala White Bee Hoon S$9.80 (S) . It is available from now till 31 December 2019. This dish is suitable for those who can take fiery spicy food. The first taste was okay for me but the spiciness came after taste. It was quite intense for me as I cannot take spicy food but my friend enjoyed it very much. She said it is not too spicy or mala for here.
Then, we have this Signature Meat and Seafood Roll S$13.80 (S).
Another recommended dish to order is their Homemade Fried Beancurd S$12.80 (S)
Lastly, we had this Stir Fry Fish Head with Bittergourd S$18.80 (S). Not everyone is a fan of bittergourd so yeah I prefer bittergourd with salted egg though.
