Here are highlights from the CNY Set Menu dishes:
Lobster, Alaskan Crab, Scallop, Salmon, Caviar & Crispy Fish Skin Yu Sheng with White Peach Sauce & Passion Fruit Pearls – Large S$268.00++
Featuring the Yu Sheng with the luxuriant ingredients stated above and a choice of three sauces-White Peach Sauce, Kumquat Sauce or traditional sauce. White Peach sauce teases the palate with delicate and floral sweetness, while Kumquat sauce is refreshing and zesty. And of course the crispy fish skin for the crunch and texture.
Wan Hao also prepared new fruity Pear and Avocado Vegetarian Yu Sheng ( Large S$128.00++ | Small S$68.00++) featuring rich and mellow flavour of avocados and pears.

Bird’s Nest Dumpling with Crab Roe Superior Soup
A thick and creamy bird’s nest dumpling with abundant and custardy in texture crab roe superior soup, with a sweetness flavour in it.




Wan Hao Imperial Pot of Prosperity with Australian 3-Head Abalone, Drunken Chicken & Crispy Dried Oyster S$688.00nett/ 6 pax | S$1,088.00nett/10 pax
Wan Hao speciality Pen Cai suitable for the whole family with 15 ingredients that symbolises goodness and auspicious meanings, The pot of treasure filled with Sea Cucumber, Fish Maw, Irish Roast Duck, Japanese Shiitake Mushroom, Whole Pork Trotter, Black Moss Fish Paste, Baby Chinese Cabbage, Black Moss, White Radish, Beancurd Skin and Broccoli. This pen cai is full of savoury flavoured and the abalones here are huge. Shiok!

Wok-fried Boston Lobster with Caviar, Egg White, Fresh Milk & Broccoli
Classic wok-fried Boston lobster served with caviar, egg white, fresh milk and broccoli. What an exquisite presentation with a sweet savoury balance taste as a whole.

Pork Ribs with White Peach Honey Sauce
My friend shared that this is her favourite dish with the white peach honey sauce bursting in her mouth as she took a bite of the pork rib together. A taste of happiness and shiokness I would say.

Hot Teochew Yam Paste with Carrageen & Coconut Milk
Lastly, we had the Hot Teochew yam paste with carrageen and coconut milk for dessert.

And not to miss their new creations comprising of Golden Nian Gao Tart with Red Date S$28.00nett and Carrot Cake with Chinese Sausage and Dried Shrimp S$52.00nett/6pax. My favourite Golden Nian Gao Tart with Cempedak S$32.00nett and Golden Nian Gao Tart with Green Tea S$28.00nett are highly recommended. My friends went to bought few boxes last year.
