Their CNY menu celebration include Auspicious Set Menu S$258.00++ for 4 pax , S$1,498.00++ for 10 pax and Prosperity CNY Takeaway Treats (purchase 1 Small Pencai and receive 1 complimentary small Yu Sheng). Prosperity A La Carte Menu also available from 25 to 27 January 2020.
Highlights from the CNY dishes during the tasting session:
Prosperity Shun De Yu Sheng 顺德鱼生 (S$118.00++ for small, S$180.00++ for large)
Toss for prosperity shun-de style yu Sheng by pairing hamachi slices with a medley of fresh onions, garlic, and yam sticks. Apart from Yan National Gallery, this is another option for Shun De style yusheng! Totally loving it! It is available for takeaway as well.

Roasted “Silver Hill” Irish Duck 爱尔兰金牌烧肥鸭
The signature succulent dish available in their CNY set menu and also a la carte menu at S$58.00++ for half a duck and S$108.00++ for a whole duck.




Chicken Soup with Morel Mushroom and Peach Gum 羊肚菌桃胶炖鸡汤
This is also available in CNY a la carte menu at S$68.00++ for medium and S$138.00++ for large. It is a nourishing and clear comforting soup.

This is available on the CNY à la carte menu at S$36.00++ for small, S$54.00++ for medium and S$72.00++ for large.

This is available in Wealth Set A and Fortune Set D CNY menu. This is a seasonal dish which is available during the festive period.
