Pura Brasa is a Spanish restaurant chain has been in Singapore for years. The restaurant is located at Guoco Tower (formely known as Tanjong Pagar Centre) serves a variety of Josper-grilled Spanish dishes in a friendly, modern and laidback setting. The restaurant has curated a new weekend brunch menu, which is available every weekend from 12:00PM – 4:00PM.The weekend brunch menu consists of the restaurant’s signature tapas as well as main dishes. Each set comes with 4 tapas, 2 main courses and 1 dessert is priced at S$79.90++ for 2 pax.
The tapas choices include:Calamari Andalusian Style, featuring fresh squid rings coated with Japanese flour and deep-fried to perfection. Dip in the sweet chilli sauce and it is simply addictive.Spanish Croquettes, which are the combination of chicken and Jamon Iberico coated with egg and breadcrumbs before they go into the fryer. Crispy and addictive as well!




Moving on to the main courses that include:Josper Grilled Spanish Pork Ribs cooked in two stages for 20 hours at a low temperature of 70°C and finished at 400°C in the Josper® charcoal oven. That explains the flavours and also the fork tender pork ribs.Charcoal Seafood Paella by Josper® is one of their bestseller dishes. The paella comes with generous portion of Australian mussels and tiger prawns. The rice cooked to perfection and packed with flavours. I am not a fan of mussels but the mussels here soft and have the tender chewiness. My friend commented that even better than the one she had in Spain. Wow!
Lastly, end off with Churros with Chocolate Sauce.

Diners can also enjoy the weekend with 2-hour FREE flow tipples of Cava (Spanish wine), wines and beers for just S$39.90++.
