Thinking where to dine in for lunch for this festive season? SE7ENTH at Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore offers a festive four-course menu and two holiday cocktail concoctions to kick start the celebration and themed Executive Set Lunch. An Ode to Christmas Menu S$88.00++ per pax comprises four-course set menu is available from 1 December to 31 December 2020 with two cocktails. As for the Festive Executive Set Lunch, it is available at S$25.00++ per pax from 21 December to 31 December 2020.
Let me bring you through our Christmas Set Menu that I tried during the tasting session. We kick start with nibbles platter of Raspberry Canape with Basil and Balsamic Reduction, Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese Dill, Prosciutto-Wrapped Caprese, Pan-Seared Scallop with Compressed Watermelon as amuse-bouche and Cream of Butternut Squash with Spinach Ricotta Ravioli on Cheese Crouton.

We also paired our appetizer with a glass of Mimosa cocktail.





As for the mains, there are two options to choose. Either Smoked Turducken Roulade or Pan Seared Salmon in Apple Glazed Butter Cream. I opted for the Smoked Turducken Roulade, smoked duck in turkey served in honey glazed carrots and Brussel sprouts and drizzled with turkey gravy and cranberry sauce. I would say the portion is quite generous and the roulade is well-executed with the texture and flavours. This dish is full of Christmassy vibes with the sauces and ingredients used.

This pairs with Snowball cocktail, a classic Christmas brandy-based drink sloshed with fizzy lemonade.

Mini Chocolate Log Cake with Berries is served as dessert to round up the course. The mini isn’t mini at all. It is quite a huge slab of log cake decorated with Christmas vibes.

For Festive Executive Set Lunch S$25.00++ per pax, the set lunch comes with a soup of the day, fresh garden greens, choice of selected mains and Nespresso coffee or Monogram Tea for weekday lunches. The mains are rotated on a bi-weekly basis.
