[SG EATS] “Huat” with Peach Garden’s New “Heng Heng’ Million Dollar Yu Sheng and Premium Mala Seafood Pen Cai
Peach Garden celebrates Chinese New Year 2021 with new menu items such as the “Heng Heng’ Million Dollar Yu Sheng and goodies. The Peach Garden’s Lunar New Year Special Menu this year, together with premium Pen Cai dishes and traditional festive goodies can be made in-store and online from 5 January to 26 February 2021.
Here are the highlights from the menu this year.
“Heng Heng” Million Dollar Yu Sheng
Featuring a crispy cracker dome, which is smashed open to reveal a bed of premium Yu Sheng ingredients, topped with an auspicious surprise. The premium toppings include Lobster, Baby Abalone, Wagyu Beef and Salmon. How it works is that diners can smash the dome open with a mini hammer provided and the cracker shatters to reveal the colourful ingredients as well as big sweep tickets for a chance to get lucky in the new year.
This is only available for dine-in and it comes in two sizes.
Pricing: S$168.00++ (S) serves 4 pax | S$268.00++ (L) serves 8 pax
Note: There is non-beef alternative with Australian scallops in place of Wagyu Beef.
Peach Garden Premium Mala Seafood Pen Cai
Apart from traditional Pen Cai, Peach Garden spices up the traditional Pen Cai with Mala version that serves 6 pax. You can request for the mala level and they will try to accommodate to it. The pot is full of luxurious ingredients like Lobster, Red Grouper, Sea Cucumber, Australian Scallop, Live Prawn, Fish Maw, Tien Shin Cabbage, Gluten Puff, Radish and King Oster Mushroom.
Pen Cai is available for takeaway as well and you can get them from e-shop.
Double-boiled Essence of Chicken Soup with Stuffed Fish Maw
Double-boiled soup is truly the essence of comfort food. This is definitely a comforting bowl of goodness. It is available in Lunar New Year a la-carte menu.
Roasted Golden Suckling Pig
Roasted suckling pig is always most favourite dish for most of us. Crispy skin shiny and golden brown finish is good to go. Available for dine-in and takeaway.
Traditional Steamed Claypot Rice with Chinese SausageHong Kong style way of steamed claypot rice with chinese sausage. Available for dine-in and takeaway.
Double-boiled Tang Yuan with Eight Treasures and Tian Shan Bird’s Nest in Young Coconut
As for our dessert, we had a refreshing double-boiled tang yun with all the goodness ingredients inside.
