At Top of the UOB, “DEEP DUCK SECRETS” dining promotion is priced at S$58.00++ per person with a minimum for 2 pax. The free flow main course comprises 7 dishes, counting in an appetizer, soup, side dish, a rice or noodle course and a dessert.

Kick start the set menu with the appetizer before moving on to the highlight of the menu.

Next, Boiled Duck Soup with Preserved Chilli, Preserved Vegetables and White Cabbage. The soup is packed with flavours and soup lover will surely enjoy the essence of the broth just like me.

As for the side dishes, we had the Deep-fried Prawns in Passion Fruit Sauce and Stir-fried Asparagus, Fungus and Lotus Root. Pick one of the two dishes before moving on to the next dish.
Look forward for the free flow Roasted Peking Duck. Indulge in the skin of 2.5kg ducks that are tightened by scorching them in boiling water. After which, maltose is splashed on them before air drying for around four hours. The roasting takes about 55 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, gifting an amber crisp skin while preserving the tender meat texture. Best to enjoy the Peking Duck slices with its own or in wraps. Wraps are provided so you can enjoy the duck skin and meat with must-have ingredients like cucumber, scallion and hoisin sauce.

Then, you get to choose one of your preference on how you want to prepare your carb dishes with duck meat from the free flow Peking Duck. Options include Stir-Fried Brown Rice with Minced Duck Meat and Stir-Fried Bee Hoon and Vermicelli with Shredded Duck Meat. Both are tasty and delicious but I would prefer the bee hoon and vermicelli over the brown rice in terms of their stronger flavours. Both are delicious but love how moist and tasty the bee hoon dish with wok hei flavour.

Si Chuan Dou Hua -Homemade Spinach Noodles Soup with Wagyu Beef.
The set here comes with Sichuan Three Delicacies, Double-boiled Kampung Chicken Soup with Bolete Mushroom, a side dish of Braised Kai Lan with Dried Scallop and Homemade Spinach Noodles Soup with Wagyu Beef.
Si Chuan Dou Hua -Chilled Chrysanthemum Apple Jelly
As for dessert, enjoy the refreshing Chilled Chrysanthemum Apple Jelly to end with a sweet note.
