The menu comes with 6 types of 1-time only servings and a list of repeated orders. The dishes are Herbal Poached Sea Prawns, Cantonese Roast Duck,Spicy Chicken Cubes, Crispy Skin, Sesame Oil Marinated Jelly Fish and Old Ginger Pork Knuckles.
For 1-time order only dishes, I would say dishes are generous. The photos shown are for 2 pax, which we thought it is a lot considering we haven’t start on other dishes. Our favourites are the Cantonese Roast Duck, Herbal Poached Sea Prawns and Old Ginger Pork Knuckles.
As for the list of repeated orders, there are small plates, soup,rice/noodles, dim sum and dessert. Here is the order sheet for diners to tick their orders.
Since only two of us, we did not manage to try everything in the menu. Moving on are the dishes that we ordered from the menu.
For small plates, we ordered onsen egg in truffle oil and cold century egg tofu. Other options include Green Salads in Fruit Dressing, Sichuan Fried Long String Beans, Vermicelli & vegetables and Broccoli with Minced Garlic.
Next, we ordered the hot & sour soup and bamboo shoot & fungus soup. We tried both and though the soup is a bit bland for our liking.
There are 5 options of rice and noodles in the list but we decided to go for Ee Fu noodles with chives. It was pretty slurpability and delightful in taste.
Moving on to the Dim Sum section, we ordered some to try. Dishes like crispy beancurd skill roll, pan-seared radish cake, steamed chicken feet, steamed xiao long bao, steamed pork ribs and steamed prawn dumplings.
Lastly, there are two desserts available and for 1-time order only. We ordered one scoop of ice-cream and chendol ‘Siew Dai’ each to try.Overall, the dim sum buffet is filling, and the portion is quite generous considering the price offered. It is value for money in terms of value and dollar sense.
However, do take note that drinks are not included in the menu. I would suggest come in a group instead of 2 pax so that you can get to try more things in the menu. Also, be sure you don’t want to over order at the beginning and stressed that you cannot finish the food and no space for dessert.
