Sesame Crusted Tuna with Pineapple Yu Sheng – S$98nett (S) | S$138nett (L)
Toss away with the star of their Chinese New Year takeaways- Sesame Crusted Tuna with Pineapple Sauce Yu Sheng that comes with Sesame Crusted Tuna slices – pan-seared till crispy on the outside, soft and tender inside. Drizzled with Chef’s Concoction of Pineapple Sauce resemble gold for the sweet and sour taste. This is available for both dine-in and takeaway.
There are 4 other Yu Sheng selections available include Xin’s Signature Gold Leaf Salmon Yu Sheng to Vegetarian Abalone Yu Sheng to Sliced 2 Headed or Baby Abalone Yu Sheng.

The perennial favourite Xin’s Traditional Pen Cai that consists of premium ingredients such as Whole Abalone, Fresh Scallop, Deep-fried Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber, Live Prawn and Roast meat, to name a few is available. Other pen cai options include Xin’s Prosperity Pen Cai or Xin’s Imperial Pen Cai that has Whole Australian 3-headed Abalone, Bird’s Nest and more.
