Celebrate this Chinese New Year 2022 with Hai Tien Lo, classy Cantonese restaurant at Pan Pacific Singapore. From 17 January to 15 February 2022, tuck into an exquisite selection of curated set menus and auspicious takeaway Lunar New Year treats showcasing the finest Cantonese dining here. A total of eight thoughtfully curated set menus from S$128.00++ per pax including a Vegetarian Menu to cater for diners. Also, dim sum lovers can enjoy Hai Tien Lo’s tantalizing Lunar New Year Weekend Dim Sum Buffet S$99.00++ per adult.
We had the Blissful Harmony Menu S$168.00++ per pax during our tasting session. The menu consists of the following dishes:
Vitality Yu Sheng with Lobster and Smoked Salmon

Toss to a year of abundance with lobster and smoked salmon atop raw shredded vegetables artfully plated in a colourful presentation. It is also available for takeaway as well.

Featuring the robust double-boiled soup full of flavour and premium ingredients like abalone. Very nourishing indeed!

Tasty deep-fried sea perch fillet with crisp skin and well coloured serenaded by savory shacha sauce. Buttery cod-like fish with elevated flavour by the sauce. Loving it!

Braised Classic Whole Abalone with Sea Cucumber in Superior Oyster Sauce

We did not try this dish as we were served with Hai Tien Lo Superior Treasure Pot. The pencai consists of Eight Head Whole Abalone, Dried Oyster, Sea Cucumber, Dried Fish Maw, Pork Knuckle, Lobster, Australian Scallop, Dried Scallop, Roast duck, Dace Fish Ball, Bean Gluten, Chinese Mushroom, Black Moss, Sliced Lotus Root and Yunnan Golden Ear Mushroom. A treasure pot soaked with flavoursome sauce. It is available for takeaway as well.

Pleasantly chewy and tender, al dente and just pliable enough to easily wrap around the chopsticks along with nicely pan-fried scallops and flavourful supreme stock. The portion is just nice towards the end of the meal.

Lastly, mochi-liked texture of Prosperity Chinese New Year Cake coated with finely ground nuts & shredded yam. Next, we had the light and refreshing double-boiled papaya with pear, fungus & maltose. It pretty sums up the festive meal on a happy note.
