Look forward to this seasonal collaboration- InterContinenal Singapore & Sigi Skin’s Vegan High Tea Set that will be launch on 1 April 2022 till 30 September 2022. The Vegan Afternoon Tea is ideal for vegans, and those who are up for a skin glow-up. Unlike the usual afternoon tea series, this set comprises a curated menu of 10 superfood-infused savouries and sweets to indulge your tastebuds while nourishing your skin and body. Executive Pastry Chef Desmond Lee did a good job in curating items inspired by superfood ingredients found in Sigi Skin’s award-wining skincare.


Highlights from the tier include Acai Blueberry Vegan Cheesecake, Banana Oatmeal Cake, Coffee Chocolate Cremeux, Green Tea Tiramisu with Souffle Sponge and Tropical Yuzu Custard.


Savoury treats include Fishless Fingers with Vegan Tartare Dip, Sweet Potato Truffle Fries with BBQ Dip,Goji Berry Scone with non-dairy cream and strawberry jam, Tomato Concasse with Plant-based Meatball Skewer, as well as Pumpkin Mousse, Avocado and Mushroom with Tomato Arugala in Spinach Wrap.
Not forgetting the unlimited ice-cream and scones for your satisfaction.




The inspiration for this high tea menu was derived from Sigi Skin’s superfood skincare actives, which prove to be both healthful and delicious. We were awed by the presentation and taste of the delicate pieces.

For instance, Sigi Skin Tea-Tox Sheet Mask contains cold-pressed yuzu extracts- a powerful source of antioxidants, which chef decided to use this ingredient to curate this Tropical Yuzu Custard in the menu. That is so cool indeed! Despite not having butter, eggs or cream, I was impressed by how skillful Chef Desmond working on this collaboration.

For each Vegan Afternoon Tea, Sigi Skin Edition guest will receive a selection of the brand’s skincare range in deluxe sizes ( worth S$65) so as to kickstart their vegan skincare journey with Sigi Skin towards happier, healthier skin.
