Finally I got myself a cup of 3-dimensional (3D) latter and coffee art from Atmosphere Café & Bistro. The café is the extended sister outlet of Atmosphere Bistro & Bar at Parkland Green, East Coast Parkway. This new outlet is located in the mall of Alexandra Central where shoppers from IKEA can just cross over the building for more F&B options.As for this outlet, their signature items are Flaming Pizza and 3D latte and coffee art. The ordering system is by iPad or call for service staffs to assist you.
3D Latte Art
Choose the regular café latte and cappuccino or the flavoured latte followed by your request on the cute animal figures and sculptures before finalizing your order. Totally instagram-worthy!
Fluffly Snowfall S$12.80
Double stacked pancakes with banana, strawberry or chocolate filling topped with homemade fluff sauce, seasonal fruits and assorted macarons.
Battered Mushrooms S$6.80
Addictive sides to order if you just want to have some bites over tea break.
Flaming Pizza S$14.80
The signature pizza that creates the flaming effects on the table. The pizza has the thin crust but lack of crunchy texture. The only delight is the first appearance that triggers your senses.
Mini Burgers S$12.80
3 mini burgers with BBQ glazed grilled patty along with the fries.
Chilli Pasta S$19.80
Spaghetti in spicy tomato sauce, served with scallop and crab lumps.
The café has a beautiful interior design with comfortable cushion seats where customers can just sit back and relax over the day time. This is a nice place for couples to date as well. However, I personally felt there is still room for improvements on the foods.
