Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel is celebrating festive holidays this year with swoon-worthy festive buffets, enticing takeaway gourmet masterpieces, magnificent New Year’s Eve Countdown party and stellar Oriental New Year’s Eve delicacies. Many thanks to the ladies from Singapore Marriott for inviting me for a sneak preview of Christmas feast session few days ago.

Here are events and offers by Singapore Marriott for this holiday feastings with their respective restaurants:

Marriott Café
Festive Lunch & Dinner Buffet
Date: 1 – 30 December 2016

The buffet is inclusive of free flow of sparkling wine, beer and soft drinks. Who doesn’t love sparkling wine? This is just perfect to celebrate the festive season. Marriott Café will be loading up lots of Yuletide delicacies that comprise Christmas classics, Western & Asian delights, fresh seafood on ice or grilled to perfection, premium charcuterie and delectable desserts.



Christmas delicacies include Roast Turkey with dried fruits and chestnut stuffing, roast prime rib of beef, bourbon & honey glazed leg ham, pork saddle stuffed with prunes & pancetta and lobster bisque. And do not miss the pan-fried duck foie gras with fig jam and port wine reduction. This is da bomb! There are also roast beef with arugula & parmesan cheese, oyster Florentine, lobster spicy catalana style, gratinated prawns, risotto with squid ink & crab.
You will be gonna spoilt my spread of delicacies.

And of course the dessert corner that you wouldn’t want to miss. Get indulged with Yuletide sweet treats including Mulled fruit brulee, Eggnog Financier cream pots, pink champagne jelly, stolen, avocado lemon minestrone fruits, chocolate Breton sable with coffee ganache and more.

Christmas is all about giving and grab some nice goodies from the stall for gifts to your loved ones. This year, Marriott added new succulent roast additions- Boneless Chicken & Duck stuffed turkey turducken with Madeira sauce (4.5-5kg, S$258.00) , Truffle Buttered Roast Turkey with Finanziera Terrine & Madeira sauce (4.5-5kg, S$238) and Roast Whole Duck with cherry sauce (2.5kg, S$128) . These are just perfect for Christmas gathering with friends at home.
