District 10 has recently launched festive menu to celebrate this festive season. Both outlets District 10 at Suntec City and UE Square are turning up the heat which will be available throughout the festive month of December. The outlet at UE Square did a Cheese Wheel promotion few times back and it was quite a success and they have extended the promotion till end of December. You can read more here.
Meanwhile, here are the highlights for the festive menu:
We started off with BAR BITES- Fried Soft Shell Crab with Chili Crab Sauce S$20.00++ and Papadum with Foie Gras and Mango Chutney S$26.00++ . The papadum with foie gras dish quite an innovative fusion-style dish.
APPETIZERS
Portobello Mushrooms S$28.00++
Savoury mushroom stuffed with crabmeat and prawn topped with gorgonzola sauce and flying fish roe.
MAINS
Homemade Lobster Ravioli S$38.00++
The ravioli is cooked in light butter sage sauce and finished with black truffle. The portion is quite generous and it quite a hearty meal.

DISTRICT 10 BOURBON FLAMED CHEESE S$24.00++
This is an inspired by the Greek dish Saganaki, where the cheese is placed in a skillet and doused in alcohol before being lit up in front of the guests. Indeed quite an eye-catching start of the meal. However, somehow rather I personally felt that the parma ham taste overpowering the cheese though.
Black Angus Tomahawk S$180.00++
Another eye-catching flaming fire right in front of our eyes that night. 1.7kg portion of 200-day grain fed Black Angus Tomahawk is served together with refreshing side of cherry tomatoes and arugula salad. It is placed on custom-made skewer set and flamed in front of guests. So, be sure you get hold your camera or phone to capture the moment. Taste wise, I am loving the medium rare done taste of the steak. Look how beautiful the colours of the meat!
