[SG EATS] Brother Bird Bali| Bali Lane
Date of Visit: 26 July 2015
As I was craving for sweet bites over the weekend, I went to HoneyComb to satisfy my craving but I was welcome with new born brand taking over the space. Brother Bird is actually under the same people behind Stateland Café. They are currently having soft opening for almost a week now. There aren’t many changes on the interior design of the space though. There are only 2 signature artisan soft serve available at this moment which is Honeydew Sago and Cookie Butter Softserve at S$5.50 each. So I ordered both flavours to try. The ordering and payment are made at the counter. The staff will then serve the softserve to your table.
Both flavours stood out with individual taste and I prefer Honeydew flavor. It has the fruity taste and feels refreshing with the combination. Cookie Butter is not bad too but I would prefer to share as the sea salt taste is slightly stronger and almond crunch is quite addictive to munch.
Hopefully they will come out for more flavours so that I can return to try again. If I were to choose, I would prefer this than Honeycomb.
Coffees are available too.

I am back here for the second time to try their new list in the menu. Their ‘Liu Sa’ S$14.90 has been flooding the IG feeds sometime back. There are options for soft serve and I would recommend for a twist of 2 flavours. Along with the soft serve, lava custard liu sha donuts were in golden-brown crispy skin but it does flow as much as the custard bun though. Nevertheless, it is well-received by customers due to its pretty presentation and creative combination. I would say best to share with a friend to enjoy it.
