Cassia Capella celebrates the Year of the Rooster with a selection of ultra-luxurious auspicious menu starting from 28 January to 11 February 2017. The Cantonese fine-dining restaurant is known for its good dim sum prepared with full respect towards tradition, where the local ingredients are used to create a feast for the senses.

Toss for prosperity with Cassia’s Prosperity Lou Hei (百花齐放捞起) S$38.00++ when you order their Chinese New Year Set Menus ranging from S$79.00++ per pax to S$199.00++ per pax. The yusheng comprises a serving of fresh greens, salmon and homemade passion fruit sauce for a citrusy kick. It is available at S$68.00++ per serving if you do not opt for CNY set menus. Fresh seafood including lobster and sea urchin is available to add on as well.
