Sea & Blue is the latest F&B restaurant in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. The restaurant took over the space of Todai if you are wondering where is the exact location in the mall. This Korean buffet restaurant offers over more than 100 food selections.
Let me take you a photo tour of the place. I visited the restaurant last week to check out the restaurant.

There are few stations including live cooking, carving stations, fresh seafood , desserts and many more.
Fresh fruits & Salads


Every buffet will have this section where diners can start with appetiser and ends with some fresh fruits. The salad counter is rather interesting because it remains chilled with cold air rising all time.

Korean Station

The live cooking station includes freshly pan fried pancake (Pajeon) on the spot, grilled Korean BBQ with selections, DIY Bimbimbap and hot noodles (Guksu). Diners get to enjoy making DIY Bimbimbap with choices of toppings. I personally loved the grilled Korean BBQ as the Chef grilled it on the spot. My Favourite is the Pork Belly followed by the Short Ribs.

Seafood & Sushi



There are standard Japanese sushi choices right next to Seafood counter. Chef is there to slice the fresh sashimi on the spot to Ensure the freshness. As for the seafood choices, snow crabs, fresh oysters, chilled scallops and many more are available.

Hot Dishes


Hot dishes include grilled Salmon, Kurobota Pork and Oven Roasted Ribeye Striploin are our favourites of the night. Local dishes are available at this station too.

Dessert




Lastly, sweet treat is a must for every meal. The dessert station here offers tarts, bingsoo( Korean shaved ice), Gyeongdan ( Korean rice cake), soft serve and waffles.
