So, what is raindrop cake? It is a giant raindrop dessert which is also known as mizu shingen mochi. Mizu Shingen mochi is a Japanese cult dessert made from mineral water and gelatine or agar and served with roasted soybean flour and sugar cane syrup. I came across Yokosuka Curry House located at City Square Mall, Johor Bahru that offers this dessert. I have visited twice within a month. First time was alone and second time with a friend. Bonbon Bakery Café located at Taman Molek, Johor Bahru is the latest café addition since 1 month ago. The café is located few steps away from Brew Orchestra. It shares the same name as the bakery in Australia but I am not sure if there are franchise café or not. I visited the place twice in a week.
