Singapore Inside Out is a SG50 multi-disciplinary travelling showcase that has completed its tour around the creative capitals of Beijing, London and New York. The showcase is held from 27th November to 6 December 2015.
Held in conjunction with Singapore Inside Out is Singapore Takeout, which pays homage to culinary talents and will see more than 10 Singaporechefs serving up favourite local dishes with a modern and creative spin over two weekends (27 – 29 November and 4-6 December (6PM – 10PM Daily).
What can you expect from Singapore Inside Out?
Curated by award-wining Singaporean architect and artist Randy Chan, Singapore Inside Out encourages the discovery of new perspectives of Singapore through architecture, design, fashion, film, food, music, and the literary, performing and visual arts. Find out more from his video here.
Also, here are some of the photos taken during my media preview session on last Friday. I will not spell more about it as it will spoilt the excitement and exploration for you guys.
What can you expect from Singapore Takeout?
The culinary creations of participating chefs, including Malcolm Lee (Candlenut), Han Liguang (Labyrinth), Wayne Liew (Keng Eng Kee Seafood) and S R Bala (Indian Chefs & Culinary Association). Fans of Lennard Yeong can cheer him as he also in the list with his partner, Woo Wai Keong from Masterchef Asia creating local drinks in creative way.
