Yoogane Singapore has officially launched Galbi Jeongol as their seasonal menu on 1st May 2016 (Labour Day). Galbi Jeongol which is known as Korean stew hotpot dishes served with the scrumptious soup base, marinated chicken, mushroom and variety of vegetables. Diners can also add on meat combo, seafood combo or vegetable combo with the choice of noodles and rice too. Since it is a seasonal menu, you may want to try it soon before it is off the menu.

As usual, apron will be provided to diners to put on to avoid getting clothes dirty. The staff will serve the ingredients and prepare to cook the galbi jeongol. All you need to do is to sit back and relax while waiting for the dalbi jeongol to be ready to consume. The soup base will be poured on to the huge pot to boil together with the ingredients. With S$59.90++, the portion can be shared among 2-4 pax depending on your food intake of course.


If you are a cheese person, do add on the cheese after adding in the ramen noodles. It was sinfully good. I enjoyed it while it was hot and the cheeses were melting all over the noodles.

And of course, Soju is recommended to pair it with soju.I personally enjoy it with yakult soju. Daebak! If only we have the cold weather back in Korea, it would be great and comfortable!
