Melben Seafood is well-known in foos scene with their renowned claypot crab bee hoon. But we are here at their Melben Signature Seafood Restaurant for their signature Creamy butter crab with their fried mantou. Melben I was here during Chinese New Year period.
The best part to enjoy the crab is with your bare hands licking the creamy sweet butter sauce and mopping up with fried mantou.

3rd Stop: Tiger’s Milk
Eligible Category: Best (Others), Best Bar/ Lounge
Official Hashtag: #TigersMilkSG

The last stop was my favourite stop where we get to chill at the rooftop bar. It was drizzling before that and thank god it was cleared by the time we arrived Tiger’s Milk. Tiger’s Milk at The Club along Ann Siang Road is a rooftop bar and grill concept and it is a Peruvian bar. So, we were here to check out their signature cocktails- Pisco Sour and Piscorinha.

Tiger's Milk -Classic Seabass
We also had the chance to try Classic Seabass. Fresh seabass tossed with chopped aji Amarillo, red onions and grilled corn and served with sweet potatoes. It’s quite a refreshing palate.
Tiger's Milk -Wagyu Beef Fingers
Wagyu Beef Fingers was the favourite of the night. Marinated wagyu beef rib served with chimichurri was tantalizing and succulent in taste. Umami!
Tiger's Milk -Cocktails
Of course, their Pisco Sour was the highlight drinks as well with egg whiten shaken to a frothy finish on top of the layer and a smooth finish taste.
Their Piscorinha shaken with calamansi and passionfruit, sour plum and served with crushed ice was equally nice too. The citrus flavours are well-balanced.
