Sometime back I was invited to Olivia & Co. Suntec City for a tasting session. Olivia & Co. Suntec City is a newly opened modern bistro that offers an all-day menu featuring from salads, burgers, coffees, milkshakes and superfood juices. It’s basically what you can have in a café. The dining space is an open concept area in the shopping atrium. Thus, you can observe the pedestrian walking here and there.

So, what did we had that night?
Squashed Avocado S$17.00++

I am a fan of avocado and anything with avocado is good for me. The salad is well mixed with avocado, quinoa, Danish feta, currant and fresh herbs. It’s something light and refreshing to start with.

Tokyo Wings – S$9.00++ for 6pcs / S$16.00++ for 12pcs

Crispy chicken wings coated with sweet teriyaki marinade.

Green Burger S$14.00++

The burger comes with its zucchini and corn patty lathered in sweet chilli salsa and served with avocado wasabi salad. This is just nice for vegan diners.

The Cheeses S$23.00++

The burger behemoth uses two grilled cheese sandwiches as the top and bottom ‘buns’ and holding a slab of beef patty in the middle. If you are a cheesy person, you can give this a try.

Quayside Soft-shell Crab Burger S$23.00++

The burger served with crispy tempura battered soft shell crab with sesame slaw, coriander, spring onion and jalapeno mayonnaise along with the sweet potato fries.

Spring Chicken S$14.00++

The spring chicken served with wasabi parmesan potato mash, pot-roasted gravy and sesame greens. My favourite part of the dish was their wasabi parmesan potato mash. It was quite a nice mixture of ingredients.

Asian Pork Belly S$23.00++

The pork belly was tenderly juicy and there is crisp pork crackling served together. And of couse the papaya and lime salad to balance off the strong flavour of the pork belly.

Olivia Sticky Date Pancakes S$12.00++

This is available in their All-Day Breakfast menu. The stack of homemade sticky date pancakes served with banana slices, a scoop of vanilla bean ice-cream and drizzle with warm caramel peanut butter sauce. Instagram-worthy and yet a filling dish not to miss.

Rock & Rolla S$12.00++

Another instagram worthy desserts shots for instagrammers. This trio waffles are served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice-cream, popping candy and drizzled with strawberry sauce. The waffles have an airy and crisp edges texture and I would suggest sharing calories with your friends.

Overall, I would say hits and misses from the menu. Nevertheless,you can find wide variety of daily brunch items here in Olivia & Co. If you ever shop around Suntec City Mall, check out Olivia & Co. that serves comforting dishes to their customer.
