[SG EATS] ARTEMIS GRILL – DINE & CHILL WITH AMAZING SKYLINE VIEW

Artemis Grill located at Singapore’s green landmark and building CapitaGreen has a breathtaking view be it day or night. The restaurant is a sky high dining concept offering Mediterranean-inspired flavours atop the level 40 of CapitaGreen building. With such a beautiful skyline, we decided to chill a bit before the night turns dark. The 100 year-old Spanish olive tree as its centrepiece at the bar counter.
We had the signature cocktails and some bites before heading in for our dinner course.

So, check out my 4- Course Menu that night:
Variety of breads includes multi-grains, sourdough and more are served by the staff and diners get to choose. And they served the fragrant olive oil and Dukkah spices for bread dipping.

LIGHT SNACKS/ HORS D’OEUVRES
Tsarskaya Oysters with Mignonette
This is rather interesting as the fresh oysters are served with minced shallots, cracked pepper and vinegar.

Heirloom Beetroot with caviar

STARTER/ ENTREE
Wild Seabass Ceviche
We started with wild seabass ceviche served with basil, fennel, crispy salsify and weiss white chocolate. It is light, delicious and nutrients with the elements in it.

MAINS
Patagonian Toothfish
Toothfish is a seasonal fish and my first toothfish was at Pelican. I am quite excited when I saw this dish is in the menu and decided to order this. The chef served it with heirloom cauliflower, spiced broth and olive oil. The fish tastes light, moist texture and tender with crunchy cauliflowers as sides.
Or
Venison Loin

Lean and tender Venison loin wrapped with pancetta and balsamic pickled figs, field mushrooms and venison jus.

DESSERT
Red Comice Pear
We wrapped out the course with the sweet and juicy dessert. The dessert comprises of delightful muscat grapes with dense and soft saba cremeux pear sorbet. I totally love it especially when I have the grapes all in my mouth. It just literally burst into flavours. Yumss.
They also do wine pairing for the dishes and even can customize according to your dietary provided diners informed them earlier.
