Froth has moved to Ascott Raffles Place sometime back and this is my second time visiting time here. I suggested this place for our sisters and cousin gathering partly because it is also listed as one of the merchant under The Entertainer App. And the location is strategically located within a walking distance from Raffles Place MRT station.
So, check out what we ordered for our dinner:
Duck Kut Teh S$10.90++
A bowl of goodness with 12-hour superior duck broth with melons, radish and cresses. Even my 2 years old nephew loved the flavourful broth.
Siobak Aglio S$25.90++
Linguine served with homemade slow roasted pork belly crackling and pork jerky. Indeed sinfully good pasta which is one of their signature dish. I observed that most of the table that night ordered this.
Beer Beef Bowl S$29.90++
Beer stew rice with furikake, bonito and sliced beef with add on pan-seared foie gras at S$9.90++. A taste of beer within the bowl and after mixing the rice with the egg, it was moist and enjoyable with bits of foie gras and beef.
Grilled Lamb Rack S$36.90++
Herb marinated grilled lamb rack with dried fruits couscous, pickled capsicums and mocha sauce. Succulent tender lamb meat with filling couscous portion.
Five Spice Wagyu Patty Burger S$34.90++
Homemade five spice wagyu patty wrapped in crispy beancurd skin, with baby arugula and tomatoes on a soft brioche burger bun. It was huge portion with a bed of truffle fries at the side.
French Toast S$16.90++
We requested to separate the ice-cream away because this is for my nephew. So, photo above is from my previous visit.
Molten Lava Cake S$14.90++
Chocolate lava cake, chantilly cream, vanilla custard torched caramelised banana and a scoop of early grey ice-cream. Sinfully delicious dessert.
Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with the friendly and approachable service staff. The total bill after deducting 2 main courses from The Entertainer App was S$205.15 (inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% gst). We saved a total of 51.80 and we had 5 adults and a child.
