Canton Paradise has a new outlet located at Marina Bay Sands (MBS). For shoppers and tourists visiting the mall can rejoice because you can enjoy quality Cantonese dishes with affordable pricing here in this mall. Canton Paradise offers an array of dishes from Roast Specialities to dim sum and many more. This reminds me of my recent trip to Hong Kong. Now I know where to eat whenever I miss Hong Kong Food.

Apart from their signature dishes, there are 3 exclusive dishes that are only available in MBS.

1. Double-boiled Superior Chicken Soup with penny bun S$14.80

This reminds me of my grandma and mother home cooked soup. It is definitely a nourishing bowl of soup.

2. Dried Sakura shrimps with scallion oil tofu S$13.80

The crispy sakura shrimps spread all over the silky tofu are definitely draw attention that night. If only I can have a bowl of white rice or plain porridge, I will surely have it all.

3. Sweet Red Bean Pastry in a bag S$6.80 (3pieces)


This bag shaped pastry is exclusively for this outlet represents the luxury fashion brands concept of the mall. Although it is called sweet red bean pastry, the red bean sweetness level is in the mid-range. Even my pregnant friend said it is just nice for her because she doesn’t take sweet stuff.

And of course, other dishes like their Handmade Meatball Congee S$9.80 are also one of my favourite. Thick and velvety congee in which I think is the best way to enjoy it is during rainy and cold weather.

Dishes like BBQ Pork Belly with Honey Sauce S$22.80 , Steamed Kampong Chicken in Canton-Style S$13.80 are available in the menu.

Their Steamed Molten Salted Egg Yolk Custard Piggy Bun S$6.80 (3pcs) are available in cute piggy-shaped bun. This reminds me of the bun I had in Dragon-I , Johor Bahru. Same same but slightly different in texture and presentation.

Lastly, the Durian Pudding S$5.60 for the dessert of the day. The smell and taste of durian is just perfect to bring a smile on my face.
