[SG EATS] One Farrer Hotel & Spa And Da Paolo Group Offers An Authentic Italian Dining

One Farrer Hotel & Spa is collaborating with Da Paolo Group to present an authentic Italian dining from now till 29 December 2017. The dining experience is only available every Friday starting from 6pm onwards all the way till midnight. The 6- course menu is priced at S$75.00++.

Let me share with you what’s available in the 6-course menu.
AntiPasta
 We started with fried mushroom ball, tomato bruschetta, octopus bruschetta and calamari.

Starter ( Choose 1)

 It comes with 2 options – Grilled Lobster Salad & Parma Ham & Fresh Melon. I would choose the salad because it comes with my favourite avocado, black olive soil and pommery mustard dressing. The salad tasted refreshing.

Pasta (Choose 1)
There are several options on the pasta to choose from- Ravioli with braised veal, Crabmeat Spaghetti and Tagliatelle Bolognese.
 We tried homemade ravioli filled with braised veal and the flavour stands out. I would love to enjoy it with a glass of red wine.
 Tagliatelle Bolognese is hearty classic homemade egg pasta in beef ragout, simmered in red wine and tomatoes. It is more of a homely taste of dish.

Mains (Choose 1)
Pan Seared Barramundi
The dish comes with pumpkin carpaccio, tuscan kale and arrabbiata salsa. Nicely pan seared barramundi and I enjoyed it with the slightly spicy arrabiata salsa.
Baked Chicken Roulade
The baked chicken roulade is wrapped with sautéed mushroom and black truffle and truffle risotto, confit cherry tomato and white asparagus slices. It was indeed full of flavours and so tasty.

Desserts ( Choose 1)
Tiramisu
 The signature tiramisu which is well-loved by most people I ever met. Everyone was raving to me how good it was. I was full of expectation and oh boy… it does not disappoint me at all. The tiramisu has a good balance in taste and most importantly it is on point.

Cannoli Siciliani
The dessert has a lovely presentation which intrigues me to try it. The fried pastry dough on the outer layer filled with ricotta cream and chocolate chips. Not too sweet I would say. I can have it all by myself.

After Sweets
Cheese Platter with dried fruits toast and condiments. (No Photos taken)
