[SG EATS] The Butcher’s Kitchen At Suntec City- Flaming Hokkaido Beef Bowl
Fans of The Butcher’s meat offerings rejoice! The Butcher’s Kitchen has just introduced us to Singapore’s First-ever Flaming Beef Bowl alongside with new item onto their menu.
Here at The Butcher’s Kitchen, you will be offered grain-fed meats that are antibiotic and free of steroids, allowing you to dine with freshness.
Alongside with The Butcher’s Flaming Hokkaido Beef Bowl, we put our taste buds to taste on their The Butcher’s Pork Bowl and The Butcher’s Salmon Bowl.
The Butcher’s Flaming Hokkaido Beef Bowl ($23.90) is an exciting dish to watch. (Standby your cameras to get the hottest shots) This is a dish of Japanese grain rice pyramid with Hokkaido’s tender beef slices, topped with an egg, drizzled with yoghurt and the in-house sauces, it’s a taste of excitement for all. We were told that there were two ways to savour this bowl, and we tried the mixed way. On the first bite, I was taken away by how the flaming actually brought out a tinge of caramel taste which was AMAZING with the beef. Ways of eating are available on their social media platforms too. I would head back to try this dish again with the other method.
If I had to rank the three dishes together, The Butcher’s Pork Bowl ($12.90) will be on par with The Butcher’s Flaming Hokkaido Beef Bowl. The Chili that came along with it was wonderful. It had a taste of those Thai Chili but less on the lime side. It was such a perfect sauce to dip your pork in on a rainy day, I wished the sauce was available for purchase too. As for the pork, it was sliced nicely, sweet and flavourful. For those who are up for a hot challenge, drench your bowl with the Chili sauce and enjoy!
The Butcher’s Salmon Bowl ($13.90) is created with slices of fresh salmons and topped with their homemade sauce. I would have preferred this dish with more wasabi but in general, this dish is good for those looking for a lighter taste for dinner.
All in all, I enjoyed the experience here at The Butcher’s Kitchen. I liked how The Butcher’s Kitchen had different ways of eating different bowls to cater to different needs.
