Morton’s The Steakhouse Singapore located on the fourth storey of five-star Mandarin Oriental Hotel Singapore celebrate its 21st anniversary with a limited edition seasonal menu. There is also a birthday treat for everyone celebrating their birthday in the month of May 2019. Let me share what is available in their limited edition menu for this season.

We started off with complimentary bread and butter.

Next, we had the new Strawberry, Arugula and Goat Cheese Salad S$28.00++. The refreshing salad includes candied pecans and minted Greek yogurt dressing.

Also, we tried Morton’s famous Nueske’s Bacon Steak with Soy Caramel S$20.00++. This improvised dish is served in rich, sweet soy caramel sauce with five spice powder, cracked five-peppercorn and soy sauce. Definitely sweet and umami bite before the mains.

New seasonal mains is the Prime New York Steak Flight S$168.00++ which features three medallions of steak. Morton’s uses Certified Black Angus All-Natural, USDA Prime and Snake Rive Farm Premium Wagyu Strip steaks alongside steak juice and an irresistible blue cheese fondue. Intensive flavour with gastronomic steakhouse experience!

Another limited-time only steak option is the 12oz Bone-in Filet Mignon S$138.00++. The filet mignon is cut from the tenderloin, which explains the tenderness and succulent cut. Diners will enjoy the decadent mouth feel steak experience.

Complete your meal with Roasted Cauliflower with Romesco Sauce S$28.00++ dressed with Greek vinaigrette and sprinkled with Kalamata olives and crispy capers for a taste of the Mediterranean.

Seafood lover can order Seared Sea Scallops with Lobster & Caviar Butter S$98.00++. Indulge in succulent scallops served atop a bed of tender oyster mushrooms, crisp sweetcorn and indulgent lobster meat with sautéed baby arugula.

We ended our night with dessert treats, which include the Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake S$36.00++ and Key Lime Pie S$26.00++. It is my favourite two desserts that I would recommend you to order when you are here.
