It is a one-day exclusive menu that include Chinese New Year staples such as Prosperity Salmon ‘Yu Sheng’ 发财三文鱼鱼生, Seafood Soup Braised with Fish Maw and Crab Meat 海鲜蟹肉鱼鳔羮, Live ‘Soon Hock’ (Marble Goby) Steamed with Soya Sauce 清蒸活笋壳, 5-Head Abalone and Shiitake Mushroom Braised with Spinach and ‘Fa Cai’ in Oyster Sauce 发菜五头鲍鱼花菇扒菠菜, and Rice Steamed with Braised Pork and Whole Conpoy Wrapped in Lotus Leaf 摇柱卤肉荷叶饭.
