[SG EATS] Sapporo Misono by Keisuke- NEW Hokkaido Sapporo Ramen

Keisuke Group opens their first-ever Hokkaido specialty ramen concept at Millenia Walk. The 9th ramen concept will be officially opening tomorrow (7 July 2021) offers customers a quick escape to Japan’s Winter Wonderland. Their menu consists of variety of Hokkaido-style ramen, rice, and side dishes.
Sapporo Misono- Hokkaido Style Ramen Concept By Keisuke Takeda
Their signature ramens include the Hokkaido Sapporo Miso Ramen S$12.90++ and Hokkaido Sapporo Scorched Shoyu Ramen S$11.90++. We ordered one of their signature Hokkaido ramen, Hokkaido Sapporo Miso Ramen with Butter & Corn Special S$17.90++. The broths are scorched before serving to impart their full distinct flavour and giving the smoky flavour after taste. Their special yellow Sapporo noodles are left to age and are used only after 5-6 days of its making- reducing the moisture level and creating a chewier texture. We upgrade our ramen with butter to enhance the richness and creamiest broth that resembles the style of ramen broth that originated in Hokkaido, where the long, cold winters spurred the need for heartier type of ramen broth. Oh boy! I miss travelling to Japan. We chose Pork Belly Chasyu for the meat choice to complete the ramen bowl.Sapporo Misono-Hokkaido Miso Tsukemen
We also had Hokkaido Miso Tsukemen with Smoke Flavoured Egg S$16.90++. Diners can opt for Pork Belly Chasyu or Pork Loin Chasyu when you place the order. We opt for Pork Loin Chasyu. The tsukemen is thick and rich and almost orangey in colour. It is served separately from the noodles and almost like eating cold soba style. Hence, it is called the dripping ramen.

Sapporo Misono- Char Mayo (Chasyu Mayonnaise Rice Ball)
As for the special side dishes in this outlet, we tried Char Mayo (Chasyu Mayonnaise Rice Ball) 2 pcs S$5.00++, Hokkaido Potato Mochi S$6.90++ and Kani Tsume Cream Fry (Deep Fried Crab Pincer) S$8.90++. Sapporo Misono- Hokkaido Potato Mochi
The potato mochi is made with crispy deep fried with velvety potato and glutinous rice, topped with a sweet-savory mix of teriyaki sauce and butter. Eat it while its warm!Sapporo Misono- Hokkaido Style Ramen Concept By Keisuke Takeda-Kani Tsume Cream Fry
The Kani Tsume Creamy Fry is made of real crab meat with creamy base on the inside.Sapporo Misono- Kani Tama Don
For rice, we had the visual pleasing Kani Ikura Meshi (Crab meat & Salmon roe on rice) S$20.90++.
Other items in the menu include gyozas,Salmon Ikura Meshi, Kani Tama Don, Ikura Meshi and many more. Desserts wise, diners can try their Hokkaido Premium Milk Soft Cream (Plain) S$4.50 or add with flavours like Blueberry, Mixed Berry and Mango at S$6.50++ each.
