[SG EATS] Greenhouse Restaurant at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore- All-Day Dining Restaurant with Lush Greenery Experience

Back to Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore recently to re-visit Greenhouse restaurant. I was there for birthday staycation few months back and so glad to be back again. Greenhouse restaurant is an all-day dining multi-ethnic restaurant offers cuisines from five different kitchens. The lush greenery themed restaurant has a spacious space with natural sunlight and infinite views of the Masters Course golf grounds. Every spot is Instagram-worthy I would say.

The five show kitchen concepts include Royal Thai delicacies, traditional Indian Tandoor, Mediterranean dishes from the pizza-oven, Chinese specialties, a sumptuous seafood spread and charcuterie.

Here are some of the dishes we tried during our session.
Greenhouse Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore-1
Binchotan Robata Sanchoku Wagyu Beef MS 6/7 S$38.00++ . Japanese grilling using bincotan for efficacy and flavorless heat that gives unique flavours to the wagyu beef. The wagyu beef tender and juicy indeed.
Greenhouse Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore-Pad Thai
Phad Thai Phak S$25.00++ , stir-fried rice noodles with tamarind sauce and it is considered as a vegetarian option. Give a good mix before we enjoyed. Love it!
Greenhouse Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore-Tom Yum
Tom Yum Goong S$24.00++ served with Fresh River Prawn, Thai herbs, and mushrooms. Midly spicy but the flavours are there. A taste of sweet and sour notes with fresh ingredients.

Greenhouse Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore-Kurobuta Pork
Kurobuta Pork S$30.00++ that comes with tomato, Chinese rice wine vinegar and plum sauce. Sweet and savory flavor dish ideal to go with a bowl of white rice.
Greenhouse Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore-Tandoori
Corn Fed Coquelet Tandoori S$36.00++ comes with tandoori chicken and house chutneys and raita (an Indian side dish of yogurt containing chopped cucumber or other vegetables, and spices).
Greenhouse Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore-Mango Sticky Rice
For dessert, we had the classic Khao Niao Mamuang or Thai Mango Sticky Rice S$12.00++. Colourful and different sticky rice from Pandan, Butterfly pea flower and Black sticky rice. It is served with Thai honey mango ( Mamuang Nam Dok Mai) and Thai scented candle coconut sauce. We loved it especially the flavourful glutinous rice.Overall dining experience here was wonderful. The service staffs are friendly and approachable just like my first visit. I would revisit the restaurant in future for sure.
