Lime Restaurant at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering Hotel is a buffet restaurant located within a walking distance from Chinatown MRT station. The modern restaurant offers a wide range of local, Southeast Asian and International culinary delights. It’s my second time and this time round to check out their festive buffet spread for this year end celebration.

A total of 3 open kitchens that diners can watch in-house chefs displaying their skills and offering personal services to you. It has been a while since we last seen this scene due to COVID-19.

With this holiday spirit, Lime has line-up delightful buffet spread to celebrate this season of love. Indulge in Christmas Ham Pizza, Roasted Salmon Fillet with Baby Potato with Salmoriglio Sauce, Honey and Citrus Glazed Ham, Roasted Beef Sirloin and plenty more!

Also, look forward to their Baked Turkey with Pineapple Shoyu Sauce and of course, the Traditional Baked Turkey to complete your lavish meal.

As we bid farewell to 2021, Lime also prepares dishes such as Wok-fried Mala Mussel with Tteok-Bokki, Grilled Australian Lamb Chop and Rock Salt Salmon!
Not to a stellar culinary line-up featuring Red Wine Miso Glazed Pork Rib, Wok-fried White Pepper Crab, Slow-baked Gammon Ham, and the list goes on.

Apart from the festive spreads, look forward for the sashimi, fresh seafood like Half-shell Scallop, Prawns, Mussels, and freshly shucked Irish Oysters are available for this year end celebration.




Local delights like roasted meats, satay, pizzas, crayfish laksa and the usual spreads are available as usual.




Lastly, for dessert counter featuring highlights such as White Chocolate Lime Yule Log and Chocolate Passion Yule Log. If you’re looking for something refreshing, be sure to try our Yoghurt Passion Apricot and Cream Cheese Strawberry Sudachi. All comes in bite-sizes, and you get to try everything by bits. Do not miss the Durian Pengat if you are a durian lover! I had more than 2 rounds all for the durian!

All festive buffet options include unlimited chilled juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Dinners include an additional complimentary glass of festive welcome drink.
