The stall offers items in sets that come with kimchi, seaweed in packaging and rice with price starts from S$6 onwards. The sets available in pork, seafood, beef, vegetable, assorted items and more. A la carte like mandu (dumplings) with pork, kimchi and japchae flavours available as well.
Soon Tofu - 721 Ang Mo Kio-Pork Soon Tofu SetWe had the Pork and Beef Soon Tofu Set for dinner. Just like other coffeeshop, place your order at the counter and wait for the food. The presentation is served in an earthenware like in the restaurant. The only difference is that the seaweed is served from the original Korean packaging. The reason being is that they received feedback that customers thought it was dried seaweed initially. Hence, they decided to use the packed seaweed to show that they use Korean seaweed to serve.

For the soup base itself, it tasted light and comforting just similar to what I had during my visit at SBCD Korean Tofu House. The difference here is the portion and there is no free flow banchan. The flavours can consider 80% similar with mixture of savoury and mild spiciness in the soup with generous smooth and silken Korean tofu. The soup also comes with the choice of ingredients we chose, bits of onions and egg. Although the portion seems small from the photo,it is quite filling towards end of the meal.

Soon Tofu-Mandu
As for the mandu, we had the opportunity to try all three flavours and my favourite goes to pork followed by japchae.

Overall, the Sundubu here is priced slightly higher than the usual hawker and coffeeshop price, I personally will go back to have it again. Also, the Food Loft coffeeshop located after Jubilee and walking distance from Ang Mo Kio MRT Station. The coffeeshop also houses interesting stalls like Donburi No Tatsujin, Meng Meng Roasted Duck and Elcarbon. Thus, check them out if you like Korean Sundubu and around the vicinity area.
