Crystal Jade Palace at Takashimaya Shopping Centre and Crystal Jade Golden Palace at Paragon mall has recently refreshed their menu with new tantalizing dishes crafted by Group Executive Chef Martin Foo. We were there for a dinner tasting and here are some of the highlights from the two restaurants:

We started off with Teochew Four Delights that serve in a quartet of Braised Duck, Chilled Lobster Crystal Jelly, Golden Palace Crispy Crab Roll & Chilled Mala Jellyfish and Chinese Yam in Aged Vinegar. What a good way to start our dinner!

In love with this bowl of goodness served with a side of Jinhua ham soup separately. Soft and jelly-like bird nest with delicate texture from the fresh crab roe. Give a nice tossed before enjoying every mouthful bites of it.

Soothing and light vegetable dish to consider when you are at the restaurant. Natural sweetness from the poached cabbage and the earthy flavour from the garlic.

Mee Pok tossed with XO Sauce and Crispy Pork Lardon served with Crackling Pork Belly XO酱脆⽪烧⾁猪油渣捞⾯⼘-S$28.00++Homemade XO sauce to give an extra spicy kick to the mee pok and complement with crispy pork lardon and crackling pork belly.
