InterContinental Singapore certainly celebrates Christmas 2022 in style. One of its festive highlights is a boozy Festive Sunday Champagne Brunch, a perfect festive buffet topped with bubbly that’s taking place at the hotel’s Italian bistronomic concept restaurant, LUCE by Davide Giacomelli.
Available from 20 Nov to 30 Dec 2022 from 12pm to 3pm on Sundays only, dive into a smorgasbord of celebratory highlights including unlimited portions of Boston Lobster, a theatrical presentation of “Périgord” Winter Black Truffle Risotto in Parmigiano-Reggiano Wheel, slow-charred lamb shoulder, roasted corn-fed chicken and more.

The Rustic Christmas Buffet runs from 21 November 2022 onwards at Atrium Restaurant. Recommend trying the Roasted Kam Heong Turkey marinated in an exotic concoction of oyster sauce, lemongrass, ginger, curry powder, dried shrimp and secret ingredients. Perennial favourites such as Lobster Bisque, Chicken Shawarma and Beef Shepherd’s Pie are on the menu for selected. Also, indulge in fresh seafood such as Oysters, Salmon Sashimi and Baby Rock Lobster. Not forgetting the live stations featuring local delights to complete the buffet experience.
