Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, an IHG Hotel halal-certified Atrium Restaurant is back with Ramadan Buffet. It is happening from 22 March to 01 May 2023 with BBQ feast them. The buffet is available for lunch on Wednesdays to Sundays and dinners from Thursdays to Sundays.

Here are the highlights for this Ramadan buffet line:

The usual buffet spread that includes fresh seafood, appetizers, sashimi, local delights, and desserts are available in the line. Stealing the limelight is the Whole Spice Roast Baby Lamb, which is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for dinner only. The tender roast comes with pita bread, sambal belacan, spicy kicap manis, yoghurt dip and tomato salsa with jalapeno.





For other nights, diners can indulge in Lamb Chops and Rib Eye, Lamb Leg or Turkey Breast from the carving station.
Diners can also expect a BBQ feast for dinner on rotation basis. Items like Otah-otah, Marinated Grilled Chicken Drumstick, Honey Chicken Wings, Roast Chicken, Sirloin Steak, Sambal Squid, Grilled Fish and Corn on Cob.
Not to also miss the Malay cuisine such as Gado-Gado, Ayam Pongteh, Ayam Masak Merah, Beef Rendang, Udang Lemak Nenas, Mutton Rendang, Sayur Lodeh, Ikan Assam Pedas and more. All items are on rotation basis as well.

My personal favourites dishes whenever I am back here including their signature crispy housemade fresh Roti Prata that comes with chicken curry, chicken rice and piping hot laksa upon request. All these local delights are must-have dishes when you dine in here. The quality consistency never fails.




Complete your buffet experience with their desserts like variety of traditional kuehs, bite-sized cakes, fresh ruits, DIY Ice kacang, Traditional Ice-Cream with Bread or Waffles. It is like the daily serving of nostalgia feeling from the childhood favorite snacks.
