Weekend calls for brunch and high tea session with dates, family and friends’ gathering. So, what are the highlights of this Saturday High Tea Buffet?
1. Live Stations of Gourmet Carvings







The live stations include the Oyster Omelette, satay, Laksa, Parmesan Cheese Wheel Pasta and 14-hours slow roasted Wagyu beef leg. Head over to the Chinese cuisine corner for laksa, which is prepared upon request at the live station. Also, spot the chef preparing the king prawn ‘tom yum’ pasta with coconut milk and spices at the live Parmesan cheese wheel pasta station. Pizzas with different toppings are available as well.




2. Seafood Bar


Check out the ocean-fresh seafood bar that serve tiger prawns, Japanese clams, green mussels and also a variety of salad choices.

3. Japanese Sushi Corner


The Japanese corner includes hand-rolled maki and sushi with salmon, unagi (eel), ebi (shrimp) and more.

4. Assortment of Savoury Selections

Savoury selections including the charcoal bun pulled Wagyu beef sliders, crispy soft shell crab in brioche bun, smoked cream cheese and cucumber laugen rolls, French baguette with parma ham and fresh figs and many more. And spot the assorted Chinese dim sum next to the laksa live station.

5. FREE Flow TWG Tea

Free flow coffee and over ten selections of TWG teas are available. And try their selection of chill TWG Teas with flavoured rim glasses.




6. Six-metre long dessert showcase



Our favourite part of all is this six-metre long dessert showcase with all the delicate artisanal cakes handcrafted by Executive Pastry Chef Cindy Khoo. Macaroons, scones, classic loafs and chocolates are available as well. Cakes include Carrot Cake, Citron Tart, Velvet Sakura, Opalys White Chocolate with Pecan, Premium Chocolate Pralines and many more to choose from. Fret not, all sizes are mini-bites and you definitely get to try all!
