Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road welcomes guest back for dine-in at a new dining space at the hotel’s lobby level. It is now located next to Spice Brasserie.

Just like other Si Chuan Dou Hua outlets, they offer skilful tea-pouring displays by the expert Tea Master too. The Nostalgic Dim Sum A La Carte Buffet Feast offers sumptuous selection of authentic Sichuan and Cantonese cuisines. Executive Chef Leung Wing Chung and his team presents up to 40 fine-crafted dim sum items.




Indulge in new additions such as Minced Fish Dumpling in Superior Stock , Stir-fried “You Mai” Vegetable with Silver Fish and Garlic ,Double-boiled Gingko Nuts, Beancurd Skin and Millet, and more. Also, their one serving only dishes include Braised Abalone and Spiky Sea Cucumber Soup, Platter ( Chong Qing Chilled Chicken with Spicy Bean Sauce, Roasted Duck, Roasted Pork, Assorted Shredded Carrots with Marinated Jellyfish) , Chilli Prawns served with Deep-fried Mantou, Deep-fried Halibut Fillet with Homemade Special Sauce, “Chong Qing” Diced Chicken with Spicy Dried Chilli and Stir-fried “You Mai” Vegetable with Silver Fish and Garlic.








Other highlights include mainstays such as Steamed Vegetarian Dumpling with Black Truffle ,“Siew Mai” with Diced Abalone , Steamed Chicken Feet with Beancurd Skin , Stir-fried Carrot Cake, Signature Pork Belly Roll with Yam, Braised Pig Shank and Quail Egg in Vinegar and Ginger, Prawn Dumpling with Coriander and more. These will be under unlimited servings.


Desserts include their new addition Double-boiled Gingko Nuts, Beancurd Skin and Millet and of course their Homemade Bean Curd with Wolfberry to complete your buffet experience.

The buffet also offers unlimited servings of their Signature Soy Milk (豆浆). It is quite a rare sight to see dim sum buffet offers soya milk drink but I definitely will order this if I am back again.

There are wide selection of dishes to choose from the buffet but we only tried part of it. My favourites are their all-time favourite Siew Mai with Diced Abalone, Braised Pig Shank and Quail Egg in Vinegar and Ginger, Carrot Cake and Deep-fried Halibut Fillet with Homemade Special Sauce. If only I can eat more, i will surely try all the dishes in the menu at least for one round. You can check out their website for more information.
