Tien Court Restaurant located at Copthorne King’s has recently revamp their menu as Master Chef Lui Wing Keung takes the reins, reinventing fresh culinary delights for the fine Chinese restaurant. The new menu features Tien Court’s timeless star dishes and new innovative masterpieces that are sure to delight the palate with a medley of textural surprises and fresh flavours. Showcasing a distinctly East Asian flair with a contemporary twist, diners are invited to dive into a gastronomic feast, starting with a selection of dim sum.Moving on are the highlight dishes we tried during the tasting session.

Translucent chewy skin wrapping a heady filling of ingredients prepared fresh daily.
You can also opt for the Dim Sum Set Menu priced at S$118.00++ (U.P. S$168.00++) per set that can cater up to 5 pax. The menu includes Teochew Crispy-fried Beancurd Roll stuffed with Prawn and Chives, and Steamed Pork and Prawn Dumpling to Stir-fried Kurobuta Pork Shoulder in Sweet and Sour Sauce, Teochew Sauteed String Bean with Minced Meat and Preserved Black Olive Vegetable and more.

Tien Court is the first Chinese restaurant to repurpose imperfect foods that would otherwise be discarded as part of Greengrocer’s Ugly Vegetable Programme. Chef kicks off the feast proper with a refreshing appetizer of Frozen Marinated Cherry Tomato. Featuring also the Homemade Beancurd Roll made with a filling of tofu, prawn paste, carrot and water chestnuts that provides textural layers of savoury goodness.Shiok!
Double Boiled Fish Maw Nourishing Soup S$28.00++/portion
In love with the nourishing, rich and milky broth boiled down over 6 hours using only chicken collagen and snow fungus to extract the essence of its goodness. It is served in individual stone bowls that maintains the soup’s optimum temperature from start to finish. I prefer the original taste but you can elevate further with a dash of black vinegar to balance the richness.
Signature Braised White Teat Sea Cucumber In Oyster Sauce S$28.00++/portion
One of our favourite dish of the night is the popular Chinese delicacy, braised white teat sea cucumber in oyster sauce. Crispy outer layer and gelatinous texture in the inside goes well with the sauce.

Hearty and flavourful char wok-fried hor fun with diced kalian and preserved radish topped with crispy Sakura prawns for added pops of umami.
Homemade Tau Suan with Freshly Grated Orange Peel, Gingko and Fried Dough Fritter S$6.00++/portion
Lastly, refreshing citrusy homemade tau suan to end the dinner.
