I have been to Ellenborough Market Café located at Swissotel Merchant Court for several times with different dinner companions. They are known with the international buffet and wide selection of Peranakan foods. My recent visit was for their Laksa Promotion on November 2015 courtesy of media invite. I have the opportunity to attend the Chinese New Year tasting dinner menu at Tien Court that serves contemporary Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine at Copthorne King’s Hotel last week. Tien Court’s masterchef, Taipei-born Ho Tien Tsai has been around for more than 20 years. He is also known as the celebrity chef that appeared in Singapore local (Mediacorp) programme productions.I was ushered to a private room to join the other invited guests for the session upon arrival.
