Following the craze of salted egg yolk croissants, cheese tarts are now the next trend. There are many places in Singapore selling cheese tarts and the current craze is BAKE located at Ion Orchard. Finally we (in fact I) no need to fly to Japan to have this famous Hokkaido Cheese Tarts because it is opening in Singapore on 29 April 2016. The first flagship store will be located at Ion Orchard Basement 4 and do expect for the queue.
