Following the success of Man Man Unagi Japanese Restaurant at 1 Keong Saik Road, Chef Teppei Yamashita is opening 2nd outlet at Duo Galleria. If you have not heard of this Singapore Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, Man Man Japanese Unagi Restaurant is so famous that the average queue is at least an hour to two. .Elia located at 10 Jiak Chuan Road serves as a bistro by day and restaurant by night. They have taken over Oriole Coffee Roasters and did a change of the interior design. The place offers 30-seaters which is quite a cosy space. I visited the place during night time along with other blogger friends for a tasting session. I think it will definitely look good in photography during the day time with natural lighting and marble counter tops. Read More

PS Café Fullerton is the latest addition of restaurant to One Fullerton. The café is located at level 2 of the building and just next to Forlino. This new cafe is the largest PS Café in Singapore.

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a Japanese ramen restaurant renowned for its Hokkaido-style ramen and pork cheek. My sister and I visited one of their outlets in Central, Clark Quay over the weekend to check out their new ramen menu.
