Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel has recently opens its doors for Alfresco Dining again. Diners can enjoy the outdoor alfresco dining that has been refreshed with newly revamped dining & tipples menu. It was a raining day when I visited them that day. Too bad! But it’s okay. Dashi Master Marusaya located at Robertson Quay is a Japanese restaurant under Mariusaya group that specializes in traditional Dashi Shabu. They are under the same family as MAI 舞 by Dashi Master Marusaya(closed now). The 90-seater restaurant with three private rooms has been around in Singapore for almost 6 years and this is my first time here.
